One circle. A week of discoveries.
A Frankfurt round trip through Prague, Budapest and Vienna, followed by Alpine scenery and the Black Forest. Seven days connect Central European city life with lakes and mountain views, with admissions and optional experiences chosen separately.
Different language groups may share a coach when numbers are small; an exclusively single-language coach is not guaranteed.

This quoted package is only the stated seven-day Frankfurt round trip for two adults sharing one twin room. Other joining points below are reference options, not interchangeable starts at this price. Changing the cities, dates, number of days or line connection requires a new verified itinerary, hotel-night count, transport arrangement and tax-inclusive quote. Part-days count as full days. Some late joining points go directly to the hotel without a tour-fare reduction.

Practical details & booking conditions
Selected meeting and return points
- Selected loop: Monday 08:30 at the main entrance of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof; arrive by 08:15. Address: Am Hauptbahnhof, 60329 Frankfurt am Main. Sunday return to the same station, approximately 19:00; final voucher and traffic conditions govern.
- Before departure: The guide normally contacts guests by 21:00 local European time on the previous day. If you have not heard, use the guide number on your voucher. Supplier emergency contact: +31 643 448738, Netherlands time 07:00–22:00. Check all details against your final voucher.
- Punctual departure: Arrive at least 15 minutes early and wait at the named meeting point rather than looking for the coach. The coach departs on time; late arrival, no-show and missed-coach costs are not refunded. Return times depend on traffic, so do not plan a tight flight or rail connection.

Hotels, rooms, children and baggage
- Hotel arrangements: Standard hotels are 3–4-star, in the city or surrounding area, with twin beds and private bathroom. The handbook describes properties with Booking.com scores of 7.5–8.5; this is a source description, not a guarantee of a current score or named hotel. Continental breakfast is simple; toiletries and air-conditioning are not guaranteed. A paid hotel-category upgrade is an enquiry only, with availability and price unconfirmed.
- Room sharing and private rooms: The handbook offers same-gender room sharing without a single supplement when the guest accepts the arrangement, including if no partner is found. Final eligibility, especially close to departure, must be confirmed in writing. A requested private room is referenced at EUR60 per night (EUR360 for six nights); switching to private occupancy after joining is EUR120 per night. A single supplement changes occupancy, not hotel category.
- Children and infants: A reduced child rate applies to one child aged 2–11 sharing existing beds with two full-fare adults. Two adults with two children are charged as four adults in two rooms. A child requiring a bed is charged adult fare, with the final bed/supplement arrangement to be quoted. Under 2: no tour fare without an own coach seat or bed; confirm age and seating before booking. Do not assume an infant seat or gratuity waiver.
- Baggage: Handbook allowance: one large bag up to 28 inches, kept below 30 kg, plus one small bag up to 20 inches per person. The operator’s general terms also refer to a 158 cm total-dimensions limit; confirm your exact bag before travel. Extra tour luggage is EUR5 per piece per day, only if space permits. Extra airport-transfer luggage is EUR20 per item. Keep valuables and documents with you.
Indicative reference hotels
- Examples listed in the supplier’s 2026 reference list, not confirmed allocations for this departure. No named property is guaranteed. Same-category alternatives, airport-area hotels or nearby towns may be used; the final confirmation controls.
- Prague: Amedia Express Prague 3★; B&B Prague City 3★; Zleep Prague 3★
- Budapest area: Ibis Styles City West 3★; Holiday Inn Budapest-Budaörs 4★
- Frankfurt reference examples: NH Frankfurt Airport West 4-star and Mercure Frankfurt Airport Langen 4-star, for separately requested pre/post stays only. This selected seven-day loop includes no Frankfurt hotel night.
Booking, payment and cancellation
- Confirmation and payment: A displayed departure or quote does not reserve a seat. Full payment is required at registration; the handbook’s standard deadline is receipt at least 16 days before departure. Later requests need written supplier acceptance and a confirmed payment deadline. Wait for the operator’s booking confirmation before purchasing connecting travel. The supplier may accept or decline registration.
- Cancellation and changes: The handbook allows cancellation without deduction and free date changes 16 or more days before departure. At 15–8 days, the deduction is 50%. Fewer than 7 days before departure: a 100% cancellation or date-change charge applies, with no refund. At exactly 7 days, the English and Chinese supplier wording differs; obtain written confirmation. Medical or personal reasons do not automatically create an exception. The confirmed supplier terms govern the booking.
- Your travel documents: Give accurate names, contact email and mobile details. Carry a printed or digital supplier-issued tour voucher and valid passport/visas. The handbook generally calls for six months’ passport validity; check the actual requirements of every country for your nationality. Entry refusal and missed onward travel are the traveller’s responsibility.
- This brochure: This is a Gala Holidays sales brochure, not a reservation, invoice or tour voucher. Availability, final price, hotel allocation and special requests remain subject to supplier confirmation. The official supplier voucher is issued separately after confirmation.
Pre/post accommodation and transfers
- Optional pre/post hotels: One pre-tour night and one post-tour night may be booked, subject to availability. Reference rate: EUR75 per person per night sharing twin; solo use adds EUR60 per night (from EUR60 in the Chinese handbook). No roommate matching applies to these stays. City tax may be due at the hotel. Check-in is generally from 15:00. Hotel upgrade requests have no confirmed availability or price.
- Airport transfers: Transfers are not automatically included. A free service is conditional on booking the operator’s pre/post hotel and the specified airport, date, time and pickup point. Reserve the free service at least seven days ahead and ensure it appears on the confirmed voucher; requests at the exact seven-day boundary need confirmation. For these Frankfurt-start loops, request the Frankfurt timetable and eligibility before purchasing flights.
- Paid transfers: Reference EUR70 per person each way, adult and child alike, with a minimum of two fares; a solo traveller pays EUR140. Available only between designated airports and operator pre/post hotels on the day before/after the tour. Normal hours are 07:00–22:00; accepted out-of-hours trips add EUR20 per person per trip. Book and supply flight details at least seven days ahead; late requests and the exact seven-day boundary require confirmation.
- Transfer timing and missed pickups: For paid arrivals, the driver begins waiting 30 minutes after landing and the maximum wait ends 90 minutes after landing. Departure pickups are arranged four hours before the flight. Notify flight changes immediately by phone and SMS; rearrangement is not guaranteed and fees may be nonrefundable. Missed pickups may require another payment. Free shared shuttles do not wait for late guests; identify your hotel and collect all luggage.
Travel conditions and responsibilities
- Sightseeing and itinerary changes: The order, route, hotels and stops may change for traffic, weather, safety, opening hours, holidays or other operational reasons. Interior visits need admission availability. Free time or an adjusted route may replace a closed or unavailable attraction. Supplier terms do not promise tour-fare refunds or compensation for these changes or uncontrollable disruption; additional traveller costs may arise.
- Leaving the group: Optional nonparticipation must be coordinated with the guide. Guests leaving independently bear the risk and cost of rejoining, onward travel and missed hotels. The supplier may assist with arrangements but does not promise to pay. Unused services are not automatically refundable. Disruptive or harmful conduct can lead to removal without a refund for the unused portion.
- Mobility and accompanying travellers: Walking is required at many stops. Confirm accessibility before acceptance: the handbook says wheelchair-using guests are not accepted on these coach group tours. Under-18s, pregnant guests and guests aged 80+ must travel with an adult friend or relative under 75. Pregnant guests and those aged 70+ must sign the supplier’s waiver. Ask Gala to confirm suitability and requirements; do not assume special assistance is included.
- Insurance, conduct and belongings: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No pets. Follow local law, seat-belt and no-smoking rules and heritage-site instructions. Travellers are responsible for fines and damage and for safeguarding money, passports and valuables. Independent transport and hotel providers have their own liability terms.
- Photography and complaints: The supplier may use tour photos/video; tell the guide beforehand if you object and avoid the camera if you do not wish to appear. Its general terms request complaints within 30 days of joining, with booking number to info@goeugo.com, and state acknowledgement within 7 days and a response within 28 days. Contact Gala promptly so we can help communicate the issue.
